Haydee Landing was born in Santurce, Puerto Rico in 1956. She obtained her Masters in Fine Art from the San Carlos Academy in Mexico and the University of Puerto Rico. She was director and Professor at the Graphic Arts Department, school of Fine Arts, San Juan, and Puerto Rico from 1989 to 1995.

| Individual exhibitions of her work were held in Mexico and Puerto Rico and she has taken part in many collective exhibitions in California, Yugoslavia, Mexico, New York and Puerto Rico. Her works are also included in the collections of the Musseo de Arte Contemporáneo, Santurce and the colección Puertorriqueño Compañia de Turismo de Puerto Rico. |
